How does it work?
Picking up a package at the Amazon Locker in A Laxe is very simple:
- Receive the delivery confirmation email: Once your order is in the Locker, Amazon will send you an email with all the necessary information.
- Access the pickup code: The email will include a six-digit code and a barcode.
- Pick up your order depending on the type of Locker:
- Display Locker: Enter the code on the touch screen or scan the barcode. The correct compartment will open automatically.
- Locker without screen: Turn on location and Bluetooth on your smartphone. Then, select the Start Pickup option from the Amazon app or mail – your locker will be opened remotely!
If you need someone to pick up the package for you, just forward them the confirmation email. With the pickup code or the app, you’ll be able to access the Locker seamlessly.

What happens if you don’t pick up your order?
If for any reason you can’t pick up your package within the indicated period, it will be automatically returned to Amazon. Don’t worry! You will be able to manage the new delivery or refund from your Amazon account.
